📋 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand life happens! However, because each appointment is reserved especially for you and requires significant preparation, we kindly ask that you respect our time and policy. Notice Requirement: Please provide at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the deposit. Rescheduling: If you reschedule with proper notice, your deposit will be applied to your new appointment date. Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being canceled and your deposit forfeited. This policy ensures we can serve all clients fairly, keep our waitlist moving, and maintain the highest level of care for every procedure.
